Our coffee buyer is knowledgeable of the many coffee growing regions in the world, enabling Millcreek to obtain the hightest quality green beans available. Our roasters are masters at unlocking the hidden flavor of every variety of bean. We are continually tasting and creating different roasts and blends. Timing is everything - once roasted, coffee loses much of its flavor within seven to ten days.
