Bolivia is the only landlocked coffee-producing country in South America, and while it produces the smallest quantity of exported coffee on the continent, the quality certainly isn't lacking. The geography and terrain of Bolivia's Yungas region is ideal for Arabica coffee production, with most of the coffee being grown in a high, tropical climate. The San Juan Co-op is made up of 33 small-farm specialty coffee producers. The biodiversity, soil health and elevation all contribute to the high quality of the coffee, and this high quality, as well as progressive leadership of the co-op, all contribute towards ensuring sustainable livelihoods and a healthier community within the coffee-growing industry in the region.

This coffee flourishes with notes of orange zest, apple cider, sage and brown butter, rounded out with a rich, dark chocolatey finish.
