Huehuetenango is one of the most well-know coffee regions. This unique coffee is grown, de-pulped using hand cranked machines, fermented, washed and patio-dried by Huehuetenango producers, then brought to a mill to be dry milled. It produces a beautiful fruity profile with delicate body and tasting notes of milk chocolate, citrus, and stone fruit.
