Return & Shipping Policy
Millcreek Coffee Roasters appreciates your business. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your order number, items with the issue and reason. Apparel/merchandise has a 15-day limit for returns and a 30-day limit for in-store credit and must be unused. We do not allow returns or exchanges on coffee for food safety reasons.

Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mountain Time
The freshness of your coffee is important to us. Once your order is placed, we roast-to-order and ship within two days. If orders are placed on holidays or Thursday afternoon through Sunday night, please note your order may not be roasted/filled until the following Monday.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that we currently use are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Once shipped, tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address on file.
Shipping and Handling Costs are as follows:
• One (1) to Three (3) pounds of coffee: $4.95
• Four (4) to Five (5) pounds of coffee: $6.95
• Coffee orders for six (6) pounds of coffee or more will receive free shipping (with the exception of bulk coffee bags)
• Merchandise: $6.95
